Dates for my fall tour are starting to take shape, but I wanted to give readers some great news I just got yesterday: The publication party for It is Written: My Life in Letters, will take place in early September on the University of Georgia campus as an event of the Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library!
UGA has been at the heart of so much of my family's life and work for nearly 70 years, and I feel really honored that they are showing such strong support for me. Once details are finalized, I'll make them part of this blog and my website.
This is a major event in my writing career, and I'm just delighted pub day will take place on the campus I know and love so well!
