Another Dead: Too Sad

Millions of people are reacting to news of Philip Seymour Hoffman's death. There's no reason, especially, that I should too. I've seen most of his films and never saw him on stage. But I'm writing simply to share the pain and help send healing on down the line. I loved his work. Right now I feel like I've been run over by a truck. Time heals, and his films will last. But right now there's a feeling of suffocating disbelief in the world of artists of all kinds. Prayers for his family and thanks for his gifts to us all.
